Can you really get all of it out?
Out of upholstery and carpet, yes, in almost every case. Be aware that a car with a dog in it every week will start collecting hair again immediately — that is not the clean failing, that is the dog.
Is this included in a full detail?
Light shedding is. A car that has carried a heavy-coated dog for years is a genuinely bigger job, so mention the dog when you book and we will price it properly rather than surprising you.
