Services

Rashine Mobile Auto Detailing Service provides mobile automotive detailing services at customers’ homes, workplaces, storage locations, and other suitable locations within our service area.

Services may include full interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, wash and wax, precision hand washing, paint decontamination, engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal, stain removal, headlight restoration, RV detailing, and other related services.

Service availability depends on the vehicle, location, scheduling availability, and conditions at the service location.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided before seeing a vehicle are based on the information, photographs, and descriptions provided by the customer.

If the actual condition of the vehicle materially differs from the information provided, the scope of work or price may need to be adjusted.

Rashine will communicate any material change in scope or price before proceeding with additional work. You may decline the additional work at that time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the work is completed.

Booking, access, and service location

Because Rashine provides mobile services, the customer is responsible for providing a legal and reasonably workable location where the vehicle can be serviced.

Customers should provide accurate information regarding available parking space, access to the vehicle, and available water and electrical power when applicable.

If the vehicle cannot be accessed safely, the service location is unsuitable, or required conditions are materially different from those represented when booking, Rashine may need to reschedule or modify the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Rashine has lawful permission to access and perform work at the service location.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Customers should contact Rashine as soon as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Because services are performed outdoors or at customer locations, weather and other conditions outside Rashine’s control may require an appointment to be rescheduled.

When weather or other circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service, Rashine will contact the customer to arrange another time.

Satisfaction guarantee

Rashine takes care to perform each service according to the scope of work agreed upon with the customer.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle with Rashine when the service is completed.

If something within the agreed scope of the service is not satisfactory, notify Rashine promptly so that we can evaluate the concern and, where appropriate, correct the work.

The satisfaction guarantee means that Rashine will make reasonable efforts to correct work that was not properly completed within the agreed scope. It is not a guarantee of a particular cosmetic result or an automatic promise of a refund.

Vehicle condition and limitations

Detailing is intended to clean, protect, restore, or improve the appearance of a vehicle. Detailing is not bodywork, mechanical repair, or restoration of damaged vehicle components.

Certain existing conditions may limit the results that can reasonably be achieved, including but not limited to:

Scratches that extend through the clear coat.
Dents or other body damage.
Cracked, damaged, or moisture-filled headlights.
Torn, burned, or permanently damaged upholstery.
Dye transfer or permanent staining.
Bleach or chemical damage.
Failed, damaged, or excessively thin paint.
Rust or corrosion.
Previous repairs or aftermarket modifications.
Existing wear, damage, or deterioration.

Rashine will communicate known or reasonably apparent limitations when possible. No specific cosmetic result is guaranteed where the condition of the vehicle prevents that result.

Customer property and personal belongings

Customers should remove valuables, personal belongings, and any items they do not want moved before the service begins.

Rashine is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Vehicle access and authorization

The customer represents that they have the legal authority to request services for the vehicle and to authorize Rashine to access and work on the vehicle.

The customer is responsible for notifying Rashine of any special instructions, known damage, security systems, alarms, sensitive equipment, aftermarket modifications, or other conditions that may affect the service.

Age restriction

The Rashine website and services are intended for individuals age 18 and older.

By using this website, requesting services, or providing information to Rashine, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (908) 603-9938.
