Do you really come to me?
Yes — that is the whole business. Rashine Mobile Auto Detailing is fully mobile, so the work happens at your house, your curb or your workplace parking lot anywhere in our 70-town area. You do not drop the car off and you do not wait anywhere.
What do you need from me on the day?
Somewhere legal and workable to park and move around the vehicle, and the car emptied of anything you would rather we did not move. Tell us when you book what water and power are available at the address — it occasionally changes what we bring, and it is much better known in advance than on the day.
How quickly can you come out?
Call or text and ask about this week specifically. It is one van and one person, so availability genuinely varies — you will get a real answer about the next open slot rather than a promise we cannot keep.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the service and the condition, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for half the cars that read it. Call or text with the year, make and model, and what is bothering you — a photo helps — and you get a straight number before anything is booked.
What areas do you cover?
70 towns across Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Essex, Morris counties, all of them inside a real road-routed drive from Plainfield. If your town is not on the list, call and ask anyway.
Are you insured?
Ask us on the phone and we will tell you exactly where we stand. We would rather answer that directly than print a claim on a website you cannot check.
What if I am not happy with it?
Walk around the vehicle with us before we leave, and if something in the job you booked is not right, tell us and we will put it right there and then. That is what the satisfaction guarantee means.
Do you take card?
Ask when you book and we will tell you what we can take. Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed something else.
How often should I have my car detailed?
Every three to six months suits most cars. Sooner if it lives outside under trees, carries kids or a dog, or goes through a New Jersey winter of salted roads; longer if it is garaged and lightly used.
Do you work on RVs and big vehicles?
Yes — motorhomes, campers and travel trailers, usually wherever they are stored. It is a bigger job than a car, so call and describe the vehicle and we will price it properly.
